I had the honor of attending the Geek 2 Chic fashion show in Chicago last week and I walked away convinced that we need more male fashion shows for charity. It seemed that our “geeks” had a blast (see videos below), the audience had fun… and the single ladies were enchanted. To top it off Geek 2 Chic’s proceeds and 10% of all Bloomingdale’s sales that evening went to NFTE, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.

The event was produced by Microsoft (Mark Drapeau, Microsoft Office of Civic Innovation, Washington, DC) in partnership with Bloomingdale’s. The Chicago show was gracefully MCed by Julia Allison.
