At Lightspan, we do social media marketing with purpose. That’s why we’re proud to be a sponsor of Dashfire Launch, an innovative mentorship program working to get Chicago’s next great startup off the ground.
We’re providing social media training and guidance as part of a package of $35,000 of services that dashfire Launch has arranged for a selected team’s business idea.
As someone not too far removed from launching my own startup, I know the value of mentorship, guidance and getting a helping hand to build a dream. We’re honored to be selected as mentors, and we can’t wait to see what Chicago’s next great idea is!
Dashfire Launch is targeted at the Kellogg School of Management and Chicago Booth. Applications are open until April 1. The selected team will get to spend 10 weeks under the hands-on guidance and mentorship of Chicago’s leading agencies in branding, product development, digital marketing and social media.
Created to further the spirit of entrepreneurship among Chicago MBAs, the program works with the startup to refine the business model and launch the product, converting an idea into a fledgling business. Semi-finalists will be announced April 19, with the winner selected April 30.
