I’ve been keeping an eye on articles about using social media as a marketing tool mostly to find new online brand reputation monitoring tools (or what some call social media brand monitoring tools) and ran into one that not only offers a global approach to brand monitoring but the company is very transparent about what brand monitoring would mean with their tool.
Alongside buzz, sentiment and influence detection, the JamiQ tool boasts providing monitoring in real time (not by indexing like other services) and reaching into the most extensive social media monitoring coverage “by tapping on the best local market search engines such as Baidu in China, Naver in Korea, and Google in most other countries.”
